Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

Precision and clarity define our interactions. Our Terms of Service ensure that every strategic vector is correctly aligned before a formal engagement begins.

1. General Provisions and Acceptance of Terms

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website operated by Frontier CG ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1.3. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company. In the event that the User does not accept these Terms, the User must immediately discontinue all use of this website.

2. Disclaimer of Professional-Client Relationship and Limitation of Legal Duties

2.1. Informational Purpose — All content published on this website is provided solely for general informational purposes and shall not be construed as professional, legal, financial, or strategic advice of any kind.

2.2. Absence of Advisory Relationship — Access to or use of this website, including but not limited to the scheduling of meetings or the submission of contact forms, shall not establish, and shall not be deemed to establish, a consultant-client relationship, advisory relationship, or fiduciary duty of any nature between the User and the Company.

2.3. Primacy of Formal Engagement Contract — Any legal duties owed by the Company to the User, including but not limited to any duty of care, duty of loyalty, or professional duty, shall arise solely upon the execution of a formal, written engagement contract duly executed by authorised representatives of both parties.

2.4. Subject to Contract — Any such duties, obligations, or liabilities shall be defined, governed, and where applicable limited by the specific terms and conditions set forth in the formal engagement contract. The executed engagement contract shall supersede and take precedence over any prior interactions, communications, representations, or negotiations between the parties, whether oral or written.

2.5. No Duty Arising from Preliminary Interactions — For the avoidance of doubt, no duty of care, professional liability, or other legal obligation shall arise solely from the execution of a preliminary agreement, the scheduling of an initial consultation, or any other preliminary interaction conducted through this website.

3. Lead Generation and Electronic Communications

3.1. Express Authorisation to Contact — By submitting contact information for the purpose of scheduling a consultation or requesting information (hereinafter, a "Lead"), the User expressly requests and authorises the Company to initiate contact via the communication channels provided.

3.2. Consent to Newsletter and Marketing Communications — In the event that the User elects to subscribe to the Company's newsletter or mailing list, such subscription shall constitute the User's explicit, informed consent to receive professional updates, promotional content, and marketing materials, in accordance with Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982 (the "Spam Law").

3.3. Right of Withdrawal and Unsubscription — The User may withdraw consent to receive marketing communications at any time by activating the "Unsubscribe" mechanism provided in each electronic communication.

3.4. Alternative Unsubscription Procedure — In the event that the automated unsubscription mechanism fails to function as intended, the User shall promptly notify the Company by alternative means to request manual removal from the mailing list. The Company shall process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Proprietary Ownership — All content, methodologies, proprietary frameworks, strategic terminology, graphic designs, trademarks, service marks, logos, and source code displayed on or accessible through this website constitute the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2. Restrictions on Use — The User is strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting, displaying, modifying, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploiting any proprietary content for commercial purposes without the prior express written consent of the Company.

5. Third-Party Services and Platforms

5.1. This website may integrate or utilise third-party tools, platforms, and services for purposes including but not limited to scheduling and electronic mailing.

5.2. The User's use of such third-party services is governed by the respective terms of service and privacy policies of each third-party provider.

5.3. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, security, functionality, or conduct of any third-party service, and expressly disclaims any liability arising from the User's use of or reliance upon such services.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. This website and all content contained herein are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

6.2. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the User's access to, use of, or inability to use this website or any reliance upon its content.

6.3. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the legal theory upon which such claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

7.3. The User hereby irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue therein.
