1.3. These Terms constitute a legallybinding agreement between the User and the Company. In the event that the Userdoes not accept these Terms, the User must immediately discontinue all use ofthis website.

2. DISCLAIMER OF PROFESSIONAL-CLIENTRELATIONSHIP AND LIMITATION OF LEGAL DUTIES

2.1. Informational Purpose — Allcontent published on this website is provided solely for general informationalpurposes and shall not be construed as professional, legal, financial, orstrategic advice of any kind.

2.2. Absence of Advisory Relationship— Access to or use of this website, including but not limited to the schedulingof meetings or the submission of contact forms, shall not establish, and shallnot be deemed to establish, a consultant-client relationship, advisoryrelationship, or fiduciary duty of any nature between the User and the Company.

2.3. Primacy of Formal EngagementContract — Any legal duties owed by the Company to the User, including butnot limited to any duty of care, duty of loyalty, or professional duty, shallarise solely upon the execution of a formal, written engagement contract dulyexecuted by authorised representatives of both parties.

2.4. Subject to Contract — Any suchduties, obligations, or liabilities shall be defined, governed, and whereapplicable limited by the specific terms and conditions set forth in the formalengagement contract. The executed engagement contract shall supersede and takeprecedence over any prior interactions, communications, representations, ornegotiations between the parties, whether oral or written.

2.5. No Duty Arising from PreliminaryInteractions — For the avoidance of doubt, no duty of care, professionalliability, or other legal obligation shall arise solely from the execution of apreliminary agreement, the scheduling of an initial consultation, or any otherpreliminary interaction conducted through this website.

3. LEAD GENERATION AND ELECTRONICCOMMUNICATIONS

3.1. Express Authorisation to Contact— By submitting contact information for the purpose of scheduling aconsultation or requesting information (hereinafter, a "Lead"), theUser expressly requests and authorises the Company to initiate contact via thecommunication channels provided.

3.2. Consent to Newsletter and MarketingCommunications — In the event that the User elects to subscribe to theCompany's newsletter or mailing list, such subscription shall constitute theUser's explicit, informed consent to receive professional updates, promotionalcontent, and marketing materials, in accordance with Section 30A of theCommunications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982 (the"Spam Law").

3.3. Right of Withdrawal andUnsubscription — The User may withdraw consent to receive marketingcommunications at any time by activating the "Unsubscribe" mechanismprovided in each electronic communication.

3.4. Alternative UnsubscriptionProcedure — In the event that the automated unsubscription mechanism failsto function as intended, the User shall promptly notify the Company byalternative means to request manual removal from the mailing list. The Companyshall process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1. Proprietary Ownership — Allcontent, methodologies, proprietary frameworks, strategic terminology, graphicdesigns, trademarks, service marks, logos, and source code displayed on oraccessible through this website constitute the exclusive intellectual propertyof the Company and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2. Restrictions on Use — The Useris strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, transmitting,displaying, modifying, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploitingany proprietary content for commercial purposes without the prior expresswritten consent of the Company.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES ANDPLATFORMS

5.1. This website may integrate or utilisethird-party tools, platforms, and services for purposes including but notlimited to scheduling and electronic mailing.

5.2. The User's use of such third-partyservices is governed by the respective terms of service and privacy policies ofeach third-party provider.

5.3. The Company makes no representations orwarranties regarding the availability, security, functionality, or conduct ofany third-party service, and expressly disclaims any liability arising from theUser's use of or reliance upon such services.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. This website and all content containedherein are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis,without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

6.2. To the maximum extent permitted underapplicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, andaffiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited toloss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or inconnection with the User's access to, use of, or inability to use this websiteor any reliance upon its content.

6.3. This limitation of liability shallapply regardless of the legal theory upon which such claim is based, whether incontract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by, andconstrued in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Israel,without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claimarising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, orvalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of thecompetent courts located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

7.3. The User hereby irrevocably submits tothe personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venuetherein.
